There are several possible reasons why an immunizing agent may not appear in your Vaccination Record: There may be a processing delay of up to 48 hours before a vaccine appears in the system The vaccine may not be considered valid by the system (refer to question 6) The vaccine was administered outside Québec and was not registered in the Québec Vaccination Registry
If you received a vaccine more than 48 hours ago and it still does not appear, contact the clinic that administered it. If the clinic is unable to enter it into the registry, call Services Québec at 1 877 644-4545, vaccination option.
For vaccines administered outside Québec, or those invalidated by the system, you can ask an authorized health professional for help at your next vaccination appointment at a local point of service or pharmacy, by presenting valid proof of vaccination — such as a paper vaccination record or a foreign vaccination booklet.

Yes, if you are recognized as an official caregiver and the person has authorized you to access their information. This relationship must be registered in the health system. Once confirmed, you will be able to view certain useful data — such as appointments or medications — to better support the person day to day.
